Several versions of CeeBot4 are available for private and institutional use.

CeeBot4 PRIVATE version

The PRIVATE version contains all the 119 exercises of the standard exercise series. All the important programming concepts are introduced progressively. The exercises have been designed for maximum fun: robot car races, robot soccer and arena fighting are among the tasks which must be solved by programming only. The PRIVATE version must not be used for teaching and is not network compatible.

CeeBot4 SCHOOL version and COLLEGE version

When ordering the SCHOOL or the COLLEGE version, you get three versions in one: the TEACHER version, the CAMPUS version and the STUDENT version. All three of them contain the standard exercise series and a specific exercise series adapted to their respective use.

The TEACHER and CAMPUS versions are fully network compatible. The TEACHER version should be given only to the teacher; it contains the solutions and specific teaching material. The CAMPUS version can be installed on an unlimited number of computers on the campus.

The STUDENT version is not network compatible and limited to one user. It can be given for free or against a small fee covering copying costs (max. Euro 5.-) to all students of the school. The students can install the STUDENT version on their private computers and make their own copies of the program.

CeeBot4 DEMO

The DEMO version contains 15 exercises of the standard exercise series and 5 exercises of the schoolbook exercise series. 4 worksheets from the schoolbook are also included. Unlike the PRIVATE full version, the demo version is not designed for learning programming. For people who already have some programming skills, it offers lots of programming fun: robot car races, robot soccer and arena fighting are among the tasks which must be solved by programming only. The demo version will be available in approx. 1 week.
